It is better known as an e-dossier, but even e-authentic documents, electronic dossiers or "e-szigno files" are common.

An e-dossier works similarly to a compressed folder (zip or rar) that contains documents and electronic signatures.

The Hungarian electronic firm registry system is most often used, but it is also used in other official procedures.
